Roberta is clutching something tiny to her chest: it is Diego, wrapped in a blue blanket. He’s only 45 days old. The water around them is rising, overturning furniture and chairs... The firefighters are speechless. 20 meters above them, a six-ton helicopter is hovering, waiting for information. Ennio grabs the radio: “Guys, we have two children... They're very small.”

In recent years, the growing number of cattle (sheep and goats) on the limited resources is threatening wildlife, and the risk of a dangerous conflict between wild animals and nomadic herders is on the rise. In this context, a group of young and enthusiastic naturalists is trying to develop sustainable tourism as a way to strike a new balance for all parties.
